Energy within

  1. Dole it out thoughtfully: Not everyone is worthy of your time and energy — give it to those that are. You don’t need to help everyone (coming from a reformed people pleaser).
  2. Be mindful of boundaries: I get the bulk of the work done in the morning so I wake up early, give yourself a start and stop time. They are both important on how you function.
  3. Use tools to manage your energy: A big silver lining of the pandemic is replacing zoom meetings with IRL coffee meetings, not everything has to be in person. I love using my calendar tool, calendly as a way to manage my energy and time while not going back and forth scheduling
